Accomodation during Pushkar Fair

During the special occasion of the Pushkar fair, there is a large number of foreign and local visitors in Pushkar, making quality accommodation virtually non available. We therefore recommend advance bookings or package tour to all those who wish to experience Pushkar fair without worrying about finding quality accommodations.

The price of accommodation, however, skyrocket during the fair, which makes the stays done during the fair, more expensive. It costs anywhere from US$ 50 for a basic and clean hotel to US$ 200 for the best available ( which is very nice but nothing spectacular). The memorable experiences during the fair, however, in our opinion, make it all worthwhile.

Regular accommodation is supplemented with specially arranged luxury tents which come with all comforts like private showers, running water and other such amenities. Luxury tents cost anywhere between US$ 80 to US$ 125 ( for double occupancy, including 3 meals a day) depending upon the quality of facilities provided and can be booked on shorter notice . We recommend such tented accommodation to all those who wish to have an even more authentic experience of the Pushkar fair.
